Mr. Day has held a variety of senior positions, including Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at INTRIA from 1999 to 2002, Director Strategy and Special Projects at Laidlaw Inc. from 1998 to 1999, and Vice President, Finance and Business Planning for Bell Canada from 1996 to 1997 (having previously worked for Bell Canada in various positions since 1989).

As principal of Martin Day & Associates from 2002 to 2005, he has also provided strategic planning, project management and IT assessments for numerous companies, assisting them to both grow and leverage their value. He was also the President and Chief Operating Officer of Pathway Communications & Netpulse-Services Inc. from 2005 to 2007.

Since March 2007 he has been the Chief Technology Officer of Doxim Inc., a leading Canadian company in compliance document management applications for mid-sized financial institutions. Martin has a B.Sc. from Queen’s University, a Master’s degree in engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
